Prabhupada's 1st visit ISKCON New York in Mahattan Building

This photo was taken when Srila Prabhupada first visit ISKCON New York in Mahattan Building on July 1976. Right to Srila Prabhupada is Tamal Krishna Goswami and behind him is Trivikrama Maharaja, Buddhimanta Prabhu is holding the mridanga.

Hari Sauri: Prabhupada entered the temple room to greet the most benevolent and wonderful Deities of Sri Sri Radha-Govinda and Sri Sri Gaura-Nitai. Lord Jagannatha along with His brother and sister were, of course, in convalescence prior to their Ratha-yatra festival. The small brass Radha-Krishna Deities Whom Prabhupada had worshiped when he first came West were also on the altar.
